By accessing AcadriQ websites, admin portals, or mobile apps, you agree to these terms. If you use AcadriQ on behalf of a school, coaching institute, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

AcadriQ provides learning management and school operations software, including admissions, batches, live classes, exams, fees, and related mobile experiences. Feature availability may depend on your subscription and configuration.

Accounts & acceptable use

• Keep login credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized access.
• Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt service.
• Institutions are responsible for the accuracy of student data and for obtaining any required consents.

Customer data

Your organization retains ownership of the educational and operational data you upload. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability & changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update features and these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AcadriQ and Svastiq are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Institutional customers should maintain appropriate backups and operational controls.
